EFE is pioneering a new model for youth employment.

In areas where the private sector does not generate enough job opportunities, our entrepreneurship programs prepare young people to become self-employed or to launch microenterprises.  We do this by imparting the skills they need to structure and start a small business, and by connecting our alumni to financing, mentoring and other follow-up supports.
